I'm getting impatient

I entered Marlboro Phils. website as soon as I heard that they will be the one to distribute the tickets for the Eraserheads reunion concert this coming August 30. I took all the measures and answered everything I need to accomplish and I also sent them a scanned ID to verify that I'm more than 18 years old. But until now I haven't gotten any news about the concert, just the log in details for the Red List which is completely useless! Hello?!! the concert is 3 days away!! I don't think its fair that they made press releases and got everybody excited only to create a news that the concert will not push through. Will anybody clear this up? Will the concert push through or not?
