Eversince my night turned to day (my baby is usually awake in the wee hours of the morning), food network and asian food channel had been my best friends. It is very difficult to keep your eyes open as sleep would really crawl into your skin every minute or so. I would always tune in to these channels and wait for my favorite shows to air. I would be watching reruns of Iron Chef America and Showdown with Bobby Flay and would be too engrossed time would usually pass by and morning has come already. I am really amazed by how passionate the chefs are most specially Bobby Flay, I like his style of cooking and I have always wanted to eat authentic southwestern cuisine.
